Caravan rental needs assessment questionnaire

This year we bought a caravan that we intent to use for personal use but also for rent. In order to develop a business plan, we are in the stage of learning and exploring the needs and desires of people who rent motorhomes or campers. 

I invite you to give us 15 minutes and answer a set of questions. The vast majority of questions are open in order to collect as many of the problems you have encountered throughout the camper rental process as possible.
